The surveys I achieve (technical documents, impact researches) are based on sharing: I go on site, and work with the staff. So that these persons will be able to appropriate the document and further defend it better in front of administration.
Following the needs of my clients, I offer very adapted and innovating ways. For example:
- Isolated intervention. Half a day or a day on site
- Training on site (or in outer rooms if necessary)
- Technical or regulation survey based on sharing: for example 4 days, including 2 days on site with the staff
- Subscription "consulting - assistance to order": an innovating way we advice. For example half a day per month, theme to choose among our skills: you subcontract the function of Quality - Environment Manager!
The global offer: consulting activity is supposed to be composed of various skills: surrounding the strong axis of environment, I propose also interventions on quality, security, hygiene and management.
My aim is to set up a global offer, adapted with the needs of our clients. For this I use my own capacities or those of my partners.
